When you request the whitepaper "Green Power Storage Reality Check: Return Potential, Risks & Recommendations for Retrofit and New Build Projects", we collect the following personal data: first name, last name, email address, company.

This data is used solely to provide the whitepaper and to contact you afterwards in the course of our business activities.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

3. DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO PROJECT PARTNERS

The whitepaper was produced in cooperation with the following partners. By requesting the whitepaper, you consent to your contact details being shared with these partners:

– Einklang NE Solutions GmbH (grid planning)

Each of these partners is an independent controller within the meaning of the GDPR and processes your data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

4. RETENTION PERIOD

We store your data for as long as necessary for the purposes stated above, but no longer than 3 years from the date of your request, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

You have the right at any time to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Art. 15–20 GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
